This morning I started my day with tension bands and stretching. I followed this with toast, a smoothie and coffee. After cleaning myself up, I layer up for the elements and get on my bike for a 9km ride to work. The air feels fantastic, cold, clear, crisp. I’m free on a bike, making it go at the speed of my choosing. No delays, choose my own way, have a mini adventure along the way! Work, time goes by fast and suddenly it’s ride time back home. Oh I love to ride!
Once home, I put music on while I make dinner, my styles of tunes change all the time. Once dinner is ready (pasta), I enjoy an episode on Netflix while I eat. After this, I pick up my acoustic guitar and strum a few notes, maybe belt out a few words with it. Sometimes I pick up my bass and groove away!
Relax, enjoy the space and it’s time for slumber.
