I'm Jason, I'm into metal, but also all sorts of other music. I'm passionate about protecting wildlife & protecting innocent animals far & wide, from human cruelty. I own an old cat called Phoebz, I adopted her just before Covid arrived in 2019, she was 15yo then & 4 years on, she's still here with me, in my flat in Cardiff.
Other hobbies & interests include regular exercise, I'm a member of a walking club on Meetup & I enjoy cycling for fitness and for fun. I also practice mindfulness & meditation & I follow the ketogenic diet along with intermittent fasting - to help me keep the flab off & to live a happier, healthier, longer life.
I've owned an allotment since 2000, where I grow fresh food at my creature friendly allotments.
I also enjoy metal detecting & photography(mobile) & drone flying/surveillance.
My main form of transport is by riding motorbikes, but I can't drive to save my life!
..I'm looking for anyone with similar interests - good looks are unimportant to me, as I've discovered over the years that ' it's what's on the inside that matters most ie kindness, compassion & just being nice.
