Honest, objective, logic and facts aid in forming my opinions. Honesty builds trust lies undermine trust. To have a successful relationship honesty and trust built on a strong friendship are major key elements. I'm not interested in who's at fault or who's to blame I care about finding solutions or resolutions two situations to prevent future missteps or setbacks.
