I have been divorced for just over 4 years now after an 18-year marriage. I try to work out a couple of times a week.

Being healthy is an important part of my life. I find that exercising and diet is the best medicine for dealing with stress and health issues.

I am no muscle head or gym rat but I am taking classes mostly for my own benefit from the National Association of Sports Medicine:

I love all kinds of music (eclectic) depending on my mood at the time except I dislike rap and opera. I enjoy going out to eat, I love going to concerts, going to games and sporting events. I also like day trips and riding my motorcycle. I enjoy barbecuing at home, preferably with and for someone. I also enjoy going to movie and date nights.

The qualities that I am looking for in a woman is honesty, truthfulness, loyalty, and caring. I also want us to be affectionate, hold hands, snuggle, and kissing is pretty important to me. I am looking for a healthy and happy relationship and see where it leads from there.
