Well, of punk's not dead then rock's not dead. If rock's not dead then it's still okay to stop at a red light, windows down, and headbang to Bohemian Rhapsody. Or Opeth. Or even A Rage of Light's cover of "Barbie girl." I'm easy. But I have to take some NSAIDS if the song of choice is one of those >180 bpm blast beat things that get AMV'd to Bert and Ernie playing drums at 5x speed. Funny, but ultimately as self destructive as starting your lawnmower with pure ether. (Unless maybe that is a holiday tradition, in which case invite me over...I'll bring Amish potato salad...)

So...being as I survived this long and am on a dating site for metalheads when I should be worrying about improving my golf long game; or alternatively living a life of glorious excess via trying to outdo Dethklok in debauchery means that my life has taken an unexpected turn. Want to know more? Well, I will not tell you here. I have standards. I can't tell ALL of my whoppers in one go. I will say this: I did rescue a kitten once. I cook some really good chicken. I consider going to Iron Maiden and Dropkick Murphy concerts as quality daddy-daughter time. I can drive stick. I remember a world before dial up modems. And if anyone wants to get all saucy with me I can make a bangin vegan lasagna too.

So if you want to hang out with a guy who is at least able to be himself and not some drone/clone that you are supposed to be when you fanboy the latest thing, give me a holler.

Also, I drive a semi so I will not be on here religiously. So don't be mad of it takes a second to get back to you. After all it takes time to make a power ballad with words that rhyme with your name.
